AYK Construction remodeled our dated kitchen and 2 bathrooms before we moved in. We were working on a very tight timeline and they delivered. Kim is incredibly organized and patient. She was quick to communicate any changes that arose and works with you through the entire project to make sure all materials needed for your remodel have been ordered. Angel is incredibly talented at his craft and works hard to ensure that you’re happy with the outcome of a space. His crew was on site and working throughout the project. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Angel completed repairs to my 80 year old porch while preserving the extensive Algerian Ivy vine which is original to the house. The porch looks beautiful and I very much appreciated his craftsmanship and attention to detail at a reasonable rate. The project was completed early and he was a thorough pleasure to work with. The porch may last another 80 years.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with AYK Construction on multiple home remodeling projects. They first handled extensive renovations after water damage in our bathroom and kitchen, remodeling our living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Angel is very easy to work with—he truly listens to what you want and makes sure to deliver. He also offers thoughtful suggestions that helped turn our home into something I absolutely love.
We were so pleased with his work that we hired him two more times. He completely rebuilt another room that had mold damage, upgraded our electrical, and addressed a foundation issue, handling everything thoroughly and with great care. He also completely remodeled a bathroom for my elderly mother, converting her tub into a walk-in shower to better meet her needs. In addition, Angel helped resolve a plumbing pipe issue in our backyard and laid beautifully designed concrete.
He has helped us so much over the years, and we are always impressed with his communication, professionalism, and strong work ethic. I highly recommend AYK Construction.

I highly recommend this contractor! They did an excellent job converting my garage into a beautiful ADU. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was completed properly and to a high standard.
Communication throughout the project was great, and they were responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. The entire process went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the final result.
