Fast, professional, and honestly the best appliance repair experience I’ve had. They came out the same day, fixed my Viking refrigerator quickly, and the price was way better than other quotes I got. Vigen was our repairman and was unbelievably knowledgeable, professional and all around just a great man! He fixed my issue on our washer in no time and explained what was wrong that I find helpful. I highly recommend AID Appliances and if you are lucky enough to get Vigen you won't be sorry. Please thank him for us!

I have a 1996 countertop gas range with many issues, frozen burner valves and burners that would not light. Repairman Mr. Vigen was able to clean burners and unfreeze valves in under 2 hours. Repair fees very reasonable. Was very happy with service will use them again in the future if needed.
