Was I in trouble on Thanksgiving morning! I turned my oven on to preheat so I could cook a 20 lb turkey and the oven never got hot!!! I was in a complete panic. I had 12 people coming for dinner that afternoon. I called several companies who never answered or called back. I finally called AID Appiances. Not only did they answer, but they came RIGHT OVER!!! I was so grateful to them. Viden was able to fix my stove and literally saved the day! I also have an ice and water dispenser that has been broken for some time and he quoted me a very fair price to fix that too. Not only was he polite and courteous but he worked quickly and professionally and knew exactly what needed to be done. I am forever in debt to this company. THANK YOU for saving our turkey dinner.
