Our baby grand piano hadn't ever been tuned and the folks from Hollywood Arts Institute came out and did a wonderful job!! It took lots of effort but in the end our piano sounded like new!! :)

Excellent service provided. Arrived promptly, began service on my piano immediately and handled with care while vocalizing any observations or concerns noted during the tuning and provided information on how to continue caring for my piano. I was also impressed hearing briefly the tuners experience and history tuning pianos, and the family's association with the instrument. Very polite and professional, and most importantly the piano sounds fantastic. These are good people you can trust.

Highly recommended!!! Mr. Peng is very professional piano tuner. Not only he did his job well but at the same he explains me the deals of the piano. He taught and explain very detail on how to protect and take care of my piano. Reasonable price!!!!
