- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge various prices through the year, with our sessions coming to you, being the lowest price between October and April. We offer monthly options or discounted packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every student I meet, is different. They each have their own needs and preferences, regardless of age. I will ask the length of lesson they’d like, the frequency they prefer and the days and times they prefer. Once we confirm we have availability, an invoice will be sent over and be paid. Once it is paid, we will schedule the lessons. I will always gather all the important info: prior lesson experience, age, any prior traumatic experiences that may have occurred, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching swim for over 5 years, have a background in early childhood and special education, I am CPR/First Aid trained and certified and I have worked with children for over 13 years.
