- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
After recently setting up the buffet line, Freddie came to the kitchen to inform me that a young man claimed that he'd never tasted BBQ chicken so good. I thought my pitmaster was bragging...10 min later a guy walks into the kitchen saying he's never tasted chicken so good and it reminds him of Texas.
