- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Traditionally, the seller pays the fees and commissions. Buyers typically do not pay the commissions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin to work together I use the appropriate tools to collect information that will help us to be successful at completing the transaction. For example, If you are a seller we will research the price of the market, determine what property is selling for, and price the home to sell for the most money the market will bear. If you are a buyer I have you fill out a very comprehensive "Home Criteria Worksheet." If you are purchasing a business or commercial property or leasing commercial property I assist you on starting with a LOI (Letter of Intent.) This saves time for all parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained and have extensive experience in marketing, contracts and paralegal experience. I personally have investments in commercial real estate giving me first hand knowledge and experience in this area. I’ve bought and sold business and franchises giving me first-hand knowledge which helps me with my clients goals as well.
