- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to quote prices over the phone as long as we have enough details about the project. We do not charge hourly prices because we believe our customers appreciate knowing prices at the beginning of the project not the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information about the project. Next, we quote a price. If the price is agreeable, we schedule an appointment. Last, when the project is completed we ask for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing business for over 23 years. Prior to that I was a Superintendent for a homebuilder.
