I live out of state and cannot manage my own property efficiently. I have been working with Aggus Realty for a little more than a year and couldn't feel better about my choice of property managment companies. About 6 months ago there was an issue with an existing renter that vacated the property and illegally subleased it. Aggus Realty is so dilligent about monitoring the properties that they found out about it right away. They handled everything from evicting the tennant that the condo was subleased to as well as filing all the necessary paperwork to pursue legal action against the tennant that vacated it. Everything waas handled with extreme professionalism. I plan on utilizing Aggus Realty's service until I decide to sell the condominium.

I have been working with Denver Property Management for almost five months, and I am thrilled with the level of personal service, patience, attention, and transparency that Grant (the owner) and his team have given me. I decided to rent out my house in May, and did a lot of research on what property management companies in Denver I had to choose from. I was disappointed to see that most had numerous negative reviews, but there was one that many folks had raved about, and that was DPM. So I called them with a long list of questions in hand. After leaving a message, I was expecting to wait a day or two for a response. But instead the Grant himself called me back with 30 minutes. And right then, he sat on the phone with me for almost an hour and answered every one of my questions in depth and without rushing me at all. He was honest and shed some realism on my expectations. This is the first property that I have owned and, of course, ever rented out. I was very nervous and anxious about the whole process, and therefore, was contacting Grant and his team a ton during the process. Every single call was return within the day (usually within the hour) by Grant himself. And since DPM manages approx 400 properties, I know he's busy, so that level of personal attention was awesome. Also, the contract is so clear and easy to understand, plus i really appreciate how extremely Web friendly/advanced this business is. It makes most everything accessible at any time. So far, it's been nothing but a total thumbs-up experience.

I began working with In Touch Property Management in February 2014. I was moving across the country and needed someone to take care of the property for me. I was and am very attached to this property. I’ve done a lot of work to the house improving the living space. It wasn’t part of my plan to fix the house up and then turn it into a rental property. Life changes and I was moving. I contacted several property management companies. After all the sales pitches I decided to use In Touch Property Management. CJ is so easy to work with. I know she understands how much the house means to me. The fees are very reasonable. We talked about her resources for all the different issues that could come up. Sprinkler blow outs, inside painting or plaster work, yard care, anything you can imagine. I had to have the ceiling patched up in the house and she sent a man that she knew and he fixed it up perfectly. The ceilings have a very unique design to them and I wanted it matched. It looks fabulous. CJ found the folks to rent my property very quickly. Within a week. I was comfortable with how she chose the tenants. Although they passed every part of the qualification process when it came to moving in there were some issues. The tenants were frustrated and I was frustrated. These were things you can’t screen for. CJ communicated to both of us and was able to reach an agreement that was satisfactory with both the tenants and me. She has a very clam demeanor which was really needed in this scenario. There is no doubt I will continue to use CJ as my property manager. I’m happy with how she has managed my property.

Wow, we feel so fortunate that we found Vestra Property Management to manage our rental property! When we moved out of state for a job, we struggled to sell our nice home -- it was on the market for 4 months with no offers. After that experience, we decided it was actually in our best long-term interest to rent out the home rather than sell it. After speaking with a couple other property management companies, we got Brandon from Vestra on the phone, and it was immediately clear that "this is the guy." Brandon went over to our home the same day we called him, suggested a couple things to do to get the house ready to show, either took care of those items or scheduled other professionals (cleaners/carpeting maintenance) and listed it the same day! We had several showings and landed a tenant within about a week. After a 4-month slog trying to sell the house, with no results, we were thrilled that he could find an excellent quality tenant within that short a period of time! Brandon so far has been incredible to work with. His pricing structure ensures he has "skin in the game" (he doesn't get paid unless your home is rented), he doesn't charge any leasing fees, and he does as much maintenance as he can himself, for a very fair price, which avoids the high maintenance fees that other companies will charge by calling out another professional to do basic maintenance. Brandon is very easy to work with -- providing great suggestions for what needs to be done to the property, as well as some *optional* things that could be done either now or in the future. We have quickly come to trust his judgement, and we are looking forward to a long and prosperous property management relationship.
