My AC unit started leaking on one of the desks in our office. I needed to get this fixed and fast as I did not want the desk to ruin or the person sitting at the desk to be bothered by a leak. I called numerous places only to be met with harsh, unsympathetic, answers of NEXT WEEK, 2 WEEKS OUT. I called Express Pro's and Cheryl was the sweetest person on the phone, she even tried to get me the next day if their previously scheduled project was completed early. I told her we will just go with Thursday, as after speaking with her I knew I was going to use them. Thursday arrives and Andrew called around 8am and was on his way. He fixed the issue in a timely manner, was polite and informative of what the issue was. I have now saved them in my vendor list, I will definitely contact them in the future for work to be completed. Great customer service! Thank you so much Express Pro's!
