GREAT PRICES, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY/COURTIOUS, CLEAN, and ON TIME What a rarity to find a company/contractors who does things right the first time! Express Pros has hit a home run in my book. I have been a customer for over seven years now. Why? For all the reason listed above and MORE!I recently had some electrical work done on several outlets in the family room. I had too many things plugged in that room and sparks were shooting out the outlets. (Yikes!) I called Express Pros and asked for Mike. He was at my house that afternoon. He took the time to explain to me what was happing and why. He also had me sit down with him at the outlet to show me how to fix it. So if I wanted to update the other outlets in my house, I could. So not only great prices but is saving me money. Mike arrives with a smile on his face, clean pressed uniform, takes his shoes off at the door, very friendly to my daughter (that goes a long way with me), and cleaned up after he was finished. This visit was for electrical, but Express Pros also does plumbing, heating, drains, and cooling A/C. I like to think of Mike and Express Pros as my ONE STOP SHOP FIX IT PROS! They have a customer for life!!! To put is simply, OUTSTANDING FROM START TO FINISH!

In the coolest day -6 November 18 2014, my furnace decided to break down! After several frustrating hours calling around for service and outrageous quotes I came to EXPRESS Pros Heating Cooling and got Michael on the phone with assurance of same day service regardless the hour, plus the understanding of my financial situation which the other companies would not even consider. His son Josh showed a few hours later in the freezing hour of that night and got my furnace to work! Great job Josh. The professionalism, the understanding, the quality of work, the knowledge and precision is unsurpassed. I don't think I've ever seen any one work as hard as Josh with Express Pro did updating my swamp cooler. The unit wasn't working, and probably hadn't in several years. It took Josh at least three trips to finish the job, and he didn't raise his price. It was hot, dirty work, and he simply kept at it. Through the hot attic to the hot roof, up and down ladders, searching for old parts to go with an old cooler. He even added a step that he had not ever utilized, but when I asked if he would do it, he did it. I've had to do or have done a lot of work on an older home I purchased, and this Express Pros and Josh was the hardest working, most effective sub-contractor I had do work Thanks, Josh!

I would not recommend this company at all. Maybe if they had made a better effort to make things right I would but there was never any customer service like that to do so. I was referred to them by Federal Heating and Supply in Denver and trusted their recommendation because of their reputation in the industry, they used to do servicing but no longer do and they recommended Express Pros. I was in a pinch in November 2015 to get a furnace install done as winter had arrived in Colorado. Over the course of a few months it took them 11, yes eleven separate visits from to complete the job of installing a new Lennox furnace as well as a water heater. They also subcontract out most of their work as I came to find out. As a new homeowner I was unaware of the permitting process and they do not pull permits or recommend you do so in their quoting process. This is probably because of their work quality as I came to find out any reputable service company will recommend a homeowner to pull a permit. When asked if one could be pulled after realizing the horrible job done, they were reluctant to do so and the first inspection failed (despite the 10 other attempts of fixing stuff) resulting in their final eleventh visit. I had initially thought I would use them again to do the A/C install come spring time, but after the hassle and poor workmanship from the furnace and water heater install I decided against it and went with Now Heating and Air which I highly recommend for any HVAC work you may need done.
