- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for most aspects of what we do. Most projects are done by the linear foot, square foot, board, piece or section. Do to the nature of some jobs an hourly rate is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to meet with my customers and get a clear idea and plan for what they would like to have done. I find that it's best for the customer and the end results if I have a complete vision of my customers project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with insurance companies. Investors and fix and flipppers. New couples looking build their dream home, to the dear old grandma down the street.
