- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to always over-deliver and bring a high value of work for a fair price. While still expanding my presence on Thumbtack I am hoping to work for below-market average rates for above-market average work quality and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After some clarifying questions ahead of time, I will come out and determine a plan with the customer at the job site. We will make sure we have a good pricing agreement and construction process/timing plan in place ahead of time so there are no surprises. I can accept payment upon the job completion via cash, venmo, paypal, zelle, or even credit card for a 3% fee added.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a product sourcing broker and can help with the purchasing process for more complex projects.
