- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Smaller handyman projects are typically based on time and materials, while larger projects may be quoted as a flat rate depending on scope. I’ll always communicate costs upfront before starting work. My focus is on delivering reliable, high-quality work at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by understanding exactly what the customer is looking to accomplish, either through photos, a quick call, or an in-person walkthrough. From there, I’ll discuss the scope of work, timeline, materials needed, and overall expectations so everyone is aligned before starting. My goal is to communicate clearly, keep the workspace clean and organized, and complete the project with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes primarily from hands-on remodeling, construction, carpentry, and home improvement work that I have done since I was 16. I’ve completed projects involving demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring installation, tiling, painting, finish carpentry, custom shelving, closet builds, mantel installations, staging, and general repairs. I also bring a strong professional background in project management, communication, and organization, which helps projects stay efficient, clean, and customer-focused.
