I cannot recommend Devon enough! She's super creative and everything she has done for our home (from wainscoting to shelves) has been beautiful. She is collaborative, detail oriented and really takes the time to get it right - especially with some custom shelves that were tricky due to the location. We have really enjoyed working with her!

Devon is a pleasure to work with ! She put accent walls in my half bathroom. She got the materials, sent me pictures and helped me decide ( first time I'm putting an accent wall in !) came and put it all together! Her services are great value for $$. I will be working with her again for the master bedroom

Devon is amazing to work with! She built us a custom fireplace/mantel and mounted our TV. It looks incredible and we can’t believe how great it turned out. She did a wonderful job on the small details and make sure it all came together. I loved that she built a lot of it at home which made the install quicker. This project also required creativity with building an access door so we can get to the cords behind the fireplace if needed. She also did a great job building and staining our custom mantel. Would 100% recommend for any custom wood working project you have. She was commutative and showed up on time and worked hard.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I buy the materials ahead (that you will pay for the exact cost for) and then bring the wood and tools to you the day I come to install the project. The cost of the materials plus my labor fee (which is $50/hr) & however long it takes to build and install the project is what it will cost in the end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love hearing from you, so sending any ideas or photos is the best way for me to understand your design vision. First I:
1. send you a questionnaire to understand your personal style & project best
2. come to your home to see & measure the space (for a $25 fee)
3. send you a contract to sign based on what we discussed & decided together
4. buy the materials to start cutting once you pay for the exact materials cost
5. start building & send you photos along the process
6. install your finished project or come to make your wall design in your home

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in something totally unrelated (International Studies), but I do love working with people and have years of experience working with wood, tools and creating designs.
