Tess did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning my apartment. She is very detail-oriented, conscientious, and respectful. I came home to an IMMACULATE living space! When I first contacted Tess, she responded immediately and we had no difficulties picking a date and time for our initial cleaning. Tess’ communication skills are excellent. When the day arrived, Tess let me know in advance that she was on her way and she arrived a few minutes early. She listened to my needs very closely and asked for my preferences about things I had not even thought of! Tess was nonjudgmental about the atrocious state of my apartment, which was absolutely appreciated. She was pleasant, friendly, kind, and professional. Tess went out of her way to message me about her progress and anticipated departure time while she was in my apartment. I found Tess to be trustworthy, well-prepared, accommodating, and very thorough. I feel very grateful for her hard work and will DEFINITELY be working with her on a regular basis. Overall, Tess is a delight and does phenomenal work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask about what the customer is looking for, then I give my prices and next availability. I can answer any questions! With new customers, I ask for payment once the job is close to being finished. Please be honest about the state of your home, do not ask for standard prices if it needs a deep clean. Don't be embarrassed, this is my job!
