Had a very solid experience with Matheus. He was very responsive in the quote process and provided great advice to help keep costs down. I hired his team to skim our existing basement drywall and ceiling which was very old and dated. They textured and painted for us as well. Basement looks great. I also had him install our egress windows. Planning to use him to frame out the remaining portion of our basement remodel and install our new carpet. He's got experience across the board and I'm happy to recommend him.
Separately a warning to avoid Tim and Jessica Williams, AKA WKS Contracting AKA Willknotstop Contracting for GC work. They misrepresent their experience and skill set around plumbing and tile work and will lie to recoup mistakes as a result of their own mis-budgeting in the SOW. We have verified proof of outright lies and had to fully replace two different tile projects (over $8k) they completed and we paid them because the work was so shoddy among other major issues. Stay away.
