Forest Ponder and his team did an excellent job with my partial bathroom remodel. Forest was the first contractor I met with to obtain a bid on the work and I knew almost immediately that I was going to hire him for the job (I canceled the other two bid meetings). He was courteous and conscientious. Forest helped guide me on some decisions I needed to make pertaining to materials and design and his care in that respect was unexpected and very welcome. When an issue came up with the old plumbing (having nothing to do with Beyond Boundaries), he handled it promptly and professionally. I would hire Forest again and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality, professional work.
John with WIT Construction did an amazing job installing our new hood in our kitchen. He was a great communicator and did high quality work at an affordable price. He even came back after the initial install to replace the roof vent with a different one that he felt would hold up better over time. He is super honest, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
Jared Velasco and his co-worker, Chuck, did an amazing job rebuilding our two bathrooms. Jared came up with great ideas, the tile work was impecable, and they were both a JOY to have in our home! I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of work done to their house!!!
Lee repaired my fence! He helped us repair the fence as we were selling our home and his work was amazing! Home sold the same day! Thanks Lee!
Chris Foster and his team are professional and complete there work on time. He is honest and upfront about pricing. His crew is pleasant to work with. I would recommend Cutting Edge for any type of work.
I have worked with Steve on several projects over the last 10 years. Steve's attention to detail is second too none. The quality of work that Steve produces is some of the best that I have seen. I work with several contractors and Steve is one of my favorites to deal with.Best of all his quality of work that is his final product are done as if it where his home. Steve works very close with all his clients to make sure that they get the best finished product at the best price. Steve is always where he says he will be and stays in close communication with all his clients. I can not say enough about Steve and would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to work with a fair and honest man. Great Contractor.
I have used these guys for several projects in my home including a staircase and a total basement remodel. Not only were they quick, they were conscientious, clean, and professional. The workmanship is great and I was even able to get a nice tax refund due to the "green" features in the basement.
Jamie recently stopped by my house for an electrical job. I needed to somehow change a can light into a setup for three pendent lights. I had two other bids on the job from electricians, both consisting of costly work and major drywall demolition and repair. When Jamie came by, he assured me he could hang the lights AND fix the drywall for cheaper than the two previous bids. Not only did he hang the lights beautifully, but he came up with a solution which created NO ceiling demolition. YAY! He was a neat worker, a perfectionist, and worked quickly...all while answering my 6-year old's questions about his process. I'd definitely recommend Jamie and will certainly be calling him for other odds and ends jobs around my house. Thank you, Jamie!
I'm waiting for Thom to call me back. We gave him go ahead but he hasn't contacted us yet

Serving the Denver Metro area since 1976. We lift up sunken cement floors with a soil-cement grout. This does not decay and you get a 5 year warranty - which, if it hasn't moved in 5 years, it won't ever move. Mudjacking with a soil-cement grout is the way to go. Regardless of how far it has dropped, or how big the void, a two car garage would cost half the price to mudjack with a soil-cement grout but at least double the price to lift using foam, and if there is a large void underneath, the price will go up. Thus leaving the homeowner with a shocking price. Another reason to pick a soil-cement grout is because fewer pilot holes are used, where with foam, there will be several pilot holes - at least one every 2 feet.
