After almost a year of deciding to replace our driveway, porch and steps, and discussions with many contractors, we went with Premier Asphalt and Concrete. Frank Vargas was very professional, upfront, patient and informative in our discussion of the various options and cost estimates we needed to assess for the project.
Contractual coordination was very smooth and easy, and Frank’s scheduling of the project was spot on as to what he had provided ahead of time, and allowing for any weather considerations. The work was conducted in a very expert and efficient manner by Frank’s crew, and we are very pleased with the outcome (as are our neighbors who have all commented on the finished product).
We are very happy we chose Frank and Premier Asphalt and Concrete for our project, and highly recommend to others in need of concrete work. His attention to detail, expertise, and patience with all our questions given this being our first concrete project as homeowners, was much appreciated.

I recently had a monolithic slab poured by Premiere Pro, which included specific structural engineering requirements to support a new structure. They understood exactly what I needed and met the permit requirements and passed inspection with no issue.
The care they took with my property was exceptional. I gave them the option to use heavy machinery, which could have damaged my yard, but they chose to do much of the work by hand. I appreciate the time and effort they saved me to repair it afterwards. They also did an awesome job cleaning up after the job was done. The crew was incredibly kind and pleasant to interact with. They did quality work in my opinion. They even went above and beyond by patching some cracks in my driveway before wrapping up.
Overall the whole project was a great experience and I highly recommend Premiere. Good people.

Quality work all the way around. Transformed my horse barn with a 6 inch reinforced slab throughout with vapor barrier. Frank and his crew are the best, attention to detail and the highest quality Workmanship you don’t see every day . start to finish it was done in seven days, you can’t ask for better..
