Personal Training

I had a wonderful training session with Albert! He was thoughtful and patient with me. I am slowly getting back into working out again and he did not push me. He had a entire session prepared and catered to my boxing interest. I look forward to working with him again.

Albert is the realm deal. Loved the workouts we had. He constantly was mixing up workouts in a challenging, yet refreshing way that kept me engaged and excited. I never once was worried about my safety or being injured, yet I was pushed and challenged to grow. He help me get rid of my initial Covid body. Got my fountations strong(Back, Legs,Core). I workout on my own, but my body is definitely stronger from training with him. Look forward to working with him again!

Albert is an AMAZING athlete and trainer! This guy is extremely positive so even all the days you don’t have the energy for a positive mood, he’s got enough positivity for the both of you to get your spirits lifted for a workout! Also my favorite part is that he’s been a Physical Therapist Aid (PTA) for 8.5 years (this is how I met him btw, I was a PT patient) so he knows the best workout that specifically meet your needs and knows how to keep you on point with teaching you how to use correct form to keep you safe and so you get faster results than if you trained on your own without professional help. Thank you for all your help Albert, you’re the best and have taught me a lot and have help me achieved my body goals!👏🏼 *I’ve seen great results especially in my abs, glutes and legs but it’s only been a few months so I’m waiting for that 1 year mark to submit a before and after photo!

Albert is an amazing trainer to work with! He helped me train for a half marathon. We worked on a plan that would help my runs and prevent injuries with strength training, I noticed a significant difference in the quality of my runs during our training. I would recommend Albert as a great trainer for the beginners all the way to athletes looking to level up.

It's been such a great experience training with Albert at KeyForm Fitness over the past few months. He incorporates lifting, mobility and cardio into his programming, which has been key in helping me achieve my goals. I have a few past injuries from lifting and was quickly impressed at Albert’s knowledge to help me rehab and strengthen those areas.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices are negotiable. Group training prices vary per number of people in a group.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My process is getting to know who you are as a person. I don't just focus on your goals and addressing previous or current injuries, rather I like to spend time getting to know your likes and interests. I see you as the individual you are, rather than seeing you just as a "customer" or "client".

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I acquired my BA in Sports Management and Marketing from Marshall University in 2008. After graduating, I started working as a physical therapy tech where I gained valuable experience in the field of rehabilitation for 8 1/2 years. I'm currently working towards my MA in Sport Coaching at the University of Denver. During this time, I've had the opportunity to work with programs such as University of Colorado at Boulder Football, J.K. Mullen HS sports performance, and Ethos Colorado Training Center. I currently hold a USAW(weightlifting) Level 1 certification and working towards my USAW Level 2 as well as my Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS).
