Prices are negotiable. Group training prices vary per number of people in a group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is getting to know who you are as a person. I don't just focus on your goals and addressing previous or current injuries, rather I like to spend time getting to know your likes and interests. I see you as the individual you are, rather than seeing you just as a "customer" or "client".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I acquired my BA in Sports Management and Marketing from Marshall University in 2008. After graduating, I started working as a physical therapy tech where I gained valuable experience in the field of rehabilitation for 8 1/2 years. I'm currently working towards my MA in Sport Coaching at the University of Denver. During this time, I've had the opportunity to work with programs such as University of Colorado at Boulder Football, J.K. Mullen HS sports performance, and Ethos Colorado Training Center. I currently hold a USAW(weightlifting) Level 1 certification and working towards my USAW Level 2 as well as my Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS).
