Patrick responded to my initial inquiry within minutes. He was informative and answered all of my questions. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They determined the optimal placement for the mitigation system while considering the impact to my home and property. They were efficient and once their work was completed, they informed me on the operation and use of the system. 48 hours after installation, my monitor readings have dropped from 8 to 1.5.

We had a good, but not great experience. Patrick was extremely fast responding to our inquiry, and they were able to get us scheduled and completed the next day. They were able to go through the garage and out the garage roof, which prevented having to have a giant, 30-foot pipe on the side of the house. The venting all looks great.
The only odd thing was that the electrical cord routing felt a bit like an afterthought and ended up looking a little cluttered. I wasn't content with that since we were doing this for the buyers of our house, so I asked them to correct it, and it honestly wasn't much better. I ended up doing it myself, and Patrick made it right, so no overall complaints. It was just a surprising issue given how clean everything else was.

* Included in the Price: The quoted price always includes initial assessment and consultation, all necessary materials, professional labor, a 5-year manufacture warranty on the fan, and a post-mitigation radon test kit to confirm successful reduction.
