Anthony came out to assess my home's air quality and was timely, friendly, and completely professional from start to finish. I was completely comfortable having him in my home, and felt welcome to supervise and watch the entire process. He was personable and comfortable to be around, as someone who can be nervous having techs into my home. What I appreciated the most was that this wasn't a sales pitch. It was a real assessment. He measured what was actually in my home's air and I got straightforward information I could act on. No pressure, no upselling — just honest answers. It was nice to actually understand what all the numbers mean, and real things I can do about the ones I'm not happy with. Who knew that such simple fixes can make such an impact on how I feel every day! Knowing what's actually circulating through the air that me, my roommates, and the pets breathe every day gives me tangible things I can do to make my daily life just a little more comfortable. I had no idea how much new furniture can off-gas! If you've never had your indoor air tested, I'd strongly encourage contacting them — especially if you have kids, pets, or anyone with allergies at home. I have allergies myself, and it's nice to know what part of that might be helped with something as simple as a more frequent air filter replacement. These guys are the real deal.
