Jaclyn did a phenomenal job helping me buy my first home. Especially in May of 2022 when homes were going for way over asking prices and I could not afford to play that game. Jaclyn is extremely knowledgeable and happily toured around 20+ homes with me. She took all of my desires into consideration and was very honest when we toured certain homes if she felt it wasn’t going to be the right fit for me. She is also very observant and could point out every detail when we toured homes so that nothing would catch me by surprise. When we found the right home, in a time that homes were going for 35K over asking, she got me a great home in a fantastic neighborhood at under asking price. She negotiated with the previous owners, we agreed on a price, and I was in my new home! What I love most about Jaclyn though, is that it didn’t stop there. She could have washed her hands and moved on. Instead, she brought me closing day gifts, supplies for move in, cards for holidays, Home Depot gift cards, and more. She still texts me to catch up and make sure that if I have any questions she can answer them. She truly is an agent for life. In between my closing date and when I actually got to move in, she did tons of work to ensure that it would be an easy transition. When the previous owners needed an extra day (before moving out) than what was in the contract, she took care of it. When my basement flooded (nothing to do with the house it was a city thing) she helped me talk to the city to take ownership of the problem. She has truly been on my side every step of the way, and that makes her shine.
