Jess was an incredible hard worker that went above and beyond to pull the deal together. So many things went wrong and the sellers were not prepared for selling the home even though the house was on the market for 4 months. Jess did her job and the job of the selling agent and if it wasn't for her the deal never would have gone through. She calmly and professionally dealt with all obstacles that we encountered. I recommend Jess to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is outstanding and if you retainer her you will not be disappointed!

Jess is a true professional. From her lightning fast response times to her outstanding work ethic - we felt extremely taken care of. Jess was very patient with us. As first-time home buyers, we didn't always know what we wanted or what we were looking for. Jess asked questions, made suggestions, and usually knew what we would like and dislike before we walked into a home. She helped us narrow down the search in a way that made it easy to trust her judgement. She was knowledgeable and always explained the why along the way. Jess professionally guided us through our home purchase in the Denver metro area. She gave us her opinion based on her experience and did not pressure us into purchasing a home that we did not want. Working with Jess to find our house was the best, and the most enjoyable part of our recent home purchase. At our first sit down with Jess, she not only took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for but was also able to give us a very clear understanding of what the process of buying a home would look like. As first time home buyers, this was important for us to feel comfortable and confident in the person helping us to find our home. Jess is very knowledgeable in her field and above that has a very excellent understanding of this crazy market we have right now in Colorado.
