- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is meeting each other and determining what my clients needs are. Once we have determined their needs and motivation, we begin the process of helping them achieve that goal. One of the things my company excels in is creating top notch systems. Whether it's meeting with a new client, following up, managing the transaction, negotiating contracts, or reviewing closing figures, everything has been systematized to the point where nothing gets left out and everything gets done at a high level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Colorado Broker. I own my own real estate company. My company is Crocker Realty. The education required to start up a brokerage in Colorado is extensive. Aside from this, I am constantly learning from other successful people and implementing ideas into my life and into my business in order to better serve my clients.
