Many thanks to James Crocker and the Crocker Group for the excellent service they provided to sell our home. It started with pricing the house right, although we wanted a little more, when we accepted James analysis and priced our home right, we had showings nearly every day. This was a big increase for our house more than 20 miles east of Aurora. Then he brought in a first class photographer, who took excellent pictures of our home and brought out the features that got it sold. I commend James and Sue for their outstanding communications and making sure we knew where we were with each buyer and handling the multiple offers. What made James stand out for us, is that when we asked him his opinion, he didnt just tell us what we wanted to hear or say I dont know, what do you want to do. He always gave us good advice and the rationale behind it so we could understand. We recommend James Crocker to anyone who is interested in selling their home or using him as a buyers agent.

Can you call a realestate agent a "Godsend" ? Because that's what James was to our family! He is simply amazing. He went above and beyond for us to help us get our house sold. We had it on the market for a while with another agent and took it off because we weren't getting anywhere. Then along comes James. Not only did he tell us what needed to be done but he helped us get it that way! An BAM it was sold! If anyone in Denver ever asks the name of a good realtor I will be giving them the name James Crocker! He ROCKS!! You will not be disappointed!

I have a flexible pricing structure depending on my client's circumstance. I want every situation in my life and my business to be a win, win.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is meeting each other and determining what my clients needs are. Once we have determined their needs and motivation, we begin the process of helping them achieve that goal. One of the things my company excels in is creating top notch systems. Whether it's meeting with a new client, following up, managing the transaction, negotiating contracts, or reviewing closing figures, everything has been systematized to the point where nothing gets left out and everything gets done at a high level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Colorado Broker. I own my own real estate company. My company is Crocker Realty. The education required to start up a brokerage in Colorado is extensive. Aside from this, I am constantly learning from other successful people and implementing ideas into my life and into my business in order to better serve my clients.
