Call Pipecraft Plumbing!! Jacob is the nicest and most honest person. He was able to determine the problem with our water leak instantly. Had a small leak at the base of a toilet. Jacob scheduled a day and time to come out, and gratefully he called to confirm. I had to make an unexpected visit to the hospital and had totally spaced the appointment. I called him back when I got home and set a new appointment. He was a bit later than expected (called to let me know), which actually worked at better for me. They checked out the problem, which seemed to be what we expected, and replaced the seal, reset the toilet, and we're done. Price was less than I expected. Bonus, he's close to me. Next plumbing issue, hopefully nothing soon, I know who I'll be calling. Thanks, Thumbtack, and my friend Lisa who suggested I try you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every plumbing issue is different. I do have some base pricing but because a plumbing issue may require less or more I do free in home estimates so I can assure my customers that they are getting the best price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we can talk on phone or through text or email. We can set up a free in home estimate and if you like my price I can, in most cases, resolve your plumbing issues during the same visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 2 decades of experience in the field and have a Master Plumber Certification.
