Had a great experience with Jacob from Pipecraft. Jacob came out a few weeks before our install to give a quote. Was on time, fast and friendly. After getting competitive quotes I decided to go with Pipecraft. Jacob called about 30 minutes before the specified start time on the day of the job to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately set to work. My job was an install of a sink in our basement for a wet bar. Jacob cleaned up after himself and left the space clean. The job ended up taking less time than Jacob expected and without my prompting he reduced the total cost to reflect this. I thought this was very thoughtful on his part and not something he had to do at all. I will use him and Pipecraft again as well as recommend them for other jobs.

Jacob was on-time for both our estimate and installation. He was courteous and efficient and had the most sensible plan of all the plumbers we got estimates from. We're very pleased with the work and would definitely hire him again in the future.

Jacob first came to give me a quote on installing a gas line for my new gas stove. He and his apprentice, Stacey, were punctual, respectful and considerate (they brought booties to cover their shoes!)
I accepted the quote and when they came back to install the gas line, they were, again, prompt and respectful of my time and my home
They did an AMAZING job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any king of plumbing work done. Jacob is a Master Plumber and takes great pride in his work.
I enjoyed working with Pipecraft and I would hire them again should I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Jacob came earlier than expected and he even called to make sure it was a convenient time for us. He was very professional and polite. He completed installation very quickly and did an outstanding job as well! We will definitely use Pipecraft again should we need to!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every plumbing issue is different. I do have some base pricing but because a plumbing issue may require less or more I do free in home estimates so I can assure my customers that they are getting the best price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we can talk on phone or through text or email. We can set up a free in home estimate and if you like my price I can, in most cases, resolve your plumbing issues during the same visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 2 decades of experience in the field and have a Master Plumber Certification.
