- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair in pricing. I do not like to be about the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting to see what needs to be done. Then a discussion about if it can be done and how long it will take; and how much it will cost. Then it is written up everyone gets a copy. We set a date for a second fitting or a pick up. Depending on what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Grandmother taught me almost everything I know. I have learned a lot from sewing shops I have bought my many machines from as well. I try to learn something new everyday.
