Being an independent business owner allows me to be in contact with my crew and most importantly my customers throughout the entire process of each job. So I would say that it is preferred by my clients, to know that I am available to answer all questions pertaining to the job at hand and any valuable information that concerns their property as well. By doing this, all of my customers get exactly what we discussed and at the predetermined price that is agreed upon.
