Introduction: Through Private Yoga Sessions ~ I am passionate about helping others! I create an opportunity for you work specifically and deepen your own particular practice as well as connection with your holistic health. Private work is based on your needs and is thoughtfully crafted to those needs on that particular day. Working one on one with me over time provides not only tremendous strength and awareness in the body, it also deeply develops your inner eye and mind/body connection. My private studio space is ideal for private work. I strive to cultivate a warm, relaxing atmosphere and have ample props to facilitate a nourishing, therapeutic experience. Through private Chakradance™ Sessions ~ I’m incredibly passionate about helping people heal their past traumas, emotional wounding, unresolved issues and memories, outdated patterns and so on. I believe that when we heal our issues and our wounding, we become the person we are meant to be. We live a life we love. A life filled with passion and purpose; with authenticity and joy. When we do our own healing, it doesn’t just help us, it ripples out and impacts those around us as well. Chakradance is a movement therapy modality. It’s a fusion of Jungian Psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, and mandala art. It’s a transformational therapy that gets deep and long-lasting results. I’ve experienced such powerful healing results for myself, I’ve facilitated them for others, and now I’m excited to facilitate this unique process for you.
