I really enjoyed how Erica hustled to get me an appointment at a time I could be home. Your plumber was pleasant and polite, offered choices about how to handle the problem (with old toilet). He went out to pick up new toilet and had it installed and tested within an hour. I will be calling them with any other problems I have. Overall, excellent experience.
