Every step of the process was easy, comfortable, calming, transparent. We had two minor but urgent emergencies. They responded to my inquiry instantly (less than a minute!), they had someone here within an hour, Josh was friendly, professional, and explained things thoroughly and patiently, including a variety of solutions at a range of prices. It never felt like upselling, rather establishing realistic expectations. The work was done at a very high quality, including minimizing mess, giving status updates, and demonstrating pride in the work that was done. I think I was left off the schedule but Erica called me right away and got me scheduled up with someone to come and fix my toilet shut off valve. Josh was very professional and made sure everything was very tight before he left since we could not turn the water back on to test the valve.
