FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, honest pricing. Every job is quoted clearly before work begins, so there are no surprise fees. Our rates reflect the quality of licensed, insured work, and we always aim to provide lasting solutions instead of quick fixes. Free estimates are available for most projects. No hidden fees – what we quote is what you pay. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, referrals, and property managers with multiple units. For emergency or after-hours service, an additional service fee may apply, which we’ll explain before scheduling. We want our customers to feel confident knowing exactly what they’re paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and customer-focused. Initial Contact – We start with a quick conversation to understand the issue or project and gather any important details. Estimate & Options – We provide a clear, upfront estimate with recommendations, so you can choose the best solution for your home and budget. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. Professional Service – Our licensed and insured team completes the job efficiently, treating your home with care and respect. Follow-Up – We walk you through the finished work, answer questions, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied before we leave. Our goal is to make the process stress-free, with clear communication every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a Master Plumbing License, which requires years of hands-on training, passing rigorous state exams, and staying current with plumbing codes and safety standards. In addition to this license, our team has completed extensive training in residential and commercial plumbing systems, water heater installations, HVAC service, and renovation work. With over 30 years of combined family experience, we bring both technical expertise and real-world problem-solving to every project we take on.
