The service was wonderful and reasonably priced. Artem the technician was on time and very polite. He diagnosed the trouble with our gas range and fixed it quickly since he had the needed part on his truck. I will tell my neighbors to use High City for large appliance repair.

They were professional, responsive, and transparent about pricing and scheduling from the first phone call.Russell came out to do the repairs, and he was fantasticon time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems quickly, had the parts ready, and had both appliances up and running again in no time. I especially appreciated that he explained everything and didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.The oven and washer are working perfectly now, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. My experience was excellent. I had a broken microwave and I called on a Saturday afternoon and had somebody out within 2 hours. They fixed my issue very quickly and I felt like the price was reasonable as well. The technician was great and I would use them again.
