Joe was awesome. Called asking about a part I wanted to buy and he was able to get it for me but offered to come check my washer for free to verify if the part was actually needed before I spent the money. He came right over and was able to diagnose the problem and turned out the part I was going to buy wasnt the problem after all. Again, all for free. Great guy and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area with appliance issues.

Ive used the same repair person for the past 6 years and this was the first time Ive ever had to use someone new. Yesterday was my first ever encounter with premier appliance repair and let me tell you I do not regret giving him a call. He offered me step by step over the phone on how to repair my dryer but at the end I could not figure it out so he ended up stoping by around 840pm and got my dryer up and running. With the kids going back to school and the these prices on new appliances I was devastated thinking i had to buy a new dryer or either getting charged a ridiculous amount to get it repaired but I got worked up for nothing. He gave me really fair pricing and was able to completely repair my unit and also fix little things there were about to go out. I highly recommend him for all your appliance needs or repairs. Super cool guy and very understanding on pricing. Lets just say from now on he will be the only one repairing any of my appliances. Thank you
