Naff Architecture

Hi, I’m Garett. I’m a licensed architect with a stamp, LiDAR scanners, a full woodshop, and real construction experience. Most of my work is in commercial real estate consulting, but I have a long track record of residential and small-project design when my schedule opens up. I handle everything from existing-conditions scans and clean floor plans to full 3D Revit models, space planning, and permit-ready drawings. I’ve designed basement finishes, kitchen remodels, pop-top additions, and complete homes. I’ve also worked on major museum projects alongside internationally known designers, which pushed my coordination skills and made me very good at bringing someone’s vision to life. Because I’ve remodeled and finished so much for my own home, I also understand how things actually go together. I’m comfortable with framing, electrical, mechanical work, and detailed carpentry. That background makes my drawings clearer and my design advice more grounded. When neighbors need help with cabinetry, woodwork, or smaller fix-it tasks, I’m usually able to step in and do the work with the same level of care I bring to architecture. I even have a wholesale cabinet line I can supply and install. If you need architectural drawings, existing-condition plans, scan-to-BIM work, space planning, a permit set, or design support for a remodel, I can usually move quickly. I’m fully insured as an architect and focus on producing clean, buildable documents. Friends joke that I should use my downtime to drive Uber.
