Introduction: I have been trained by Johnson & Wales University in the pastry arts. I can do things as simple as the best chocolate cake you've ever had to very delicate, extreme sugar decorations for your five-tier wedding cake. I've done it all when it comes to pastry! I have recently been the pastry chef at Valley Country Club, and once there, I was cross trained in culinary arts and beverage mixing. I have made countless drink specials and could easily tend to your bartending needs. I'm fun and upbeat and could add the perfect desserts and/or drinks to your event!
