We contacted Home Updates for a proposal to remodel our main bathroom. We were looking to replace a bathtub/shower, new lighting and vanity along with new paint and additional electrical work. We also wanted new shower and floor tile as well as wainscoting around the new vanity. We could tell after our first visit with Daniel that he was really vested in delivering a bathroom we would be happy with. We were not experienced with remodeling so he really took the time to explain everything to us and what our options were. In addition to a competitive proposal this was a big selling point for us in choosing Home Updates to remodel our bathroom. We didn't really know what we were doing, so Daniel was great in helping us pick the right bathtub/shower, vanity, lighting, and everything else that was needed. When we were overwhelmed with the choices of tile for the floor, shower, and wainscoting, Daniel met us at Floor & Decor and spent a couple of hours helping us go through the process of selecting what we wanted. We appreciated his design recommendations as well as his patience when we had trouble making decisions. The job was estimated to take 7 days. The workers reliably showed up each morning and put in a full day's work and as a result the job completed on time. They were respectful of us and our home. Daniel was always just a text away if we had any questions or concerns. Communication about progress was constant. As our home is older, finding a few gotchas in the process was inevitable and we appreciated the way they were professionally resolved. They did a great job of cleaning up when the job was done. Once the remodel was complete we found everything to be top-notch. The end result was even better than what we were expecting. Before the job we were concerned because you hear horror stories some people have with their home projects. This experience was what you hope for when doing home projects like this. We wouldn't hesitate to use Home Updates for any future projects we might have or recommend them to others.

I cannot give this company enough accolades for the job they did on my bathroom update. Daniel, the owner, is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and the 2 workers arrived on time and the work was completed in the time frame promised. The quality of work by Juan and Carlos was excellent. Because I hadn't ordered all of the materials in time, they started on a Tuesday and then had to come back on Friday to finish. The jobsite was left impeccable when they left on Tuesday. In thec23cyears I have lived in my house, (which was built in 1970 and there's always something that needs to be done) this was the best experience I have had with a contractor getting the job done. Thank you Danisl, Juan and Carlos for doing such a great job!

We wanted a half wall built in our kitchen to replace rails so we could add more cabinetry, and Daniel was so easy to work with. He showed up at our agreed time, listened to us, worked with our budget, and his team finished the project before the anticipated end date. Overall it was an amazing experience and Daniel made us feel so comfortable and heard throughout the process. The work quality was also amazing. Highly recommend.

I am very fortunate I chose Daniel for my bathroom remodel. You can never be certain when you contact someone for an estimate, but from our first meeting, I felt confident he would do a good job, and he certainly did. He and his staff were punctual, hard working and very courteous. The quality of work was completely on point. They exceeded my expectations and I am 100% satisfied! The cost for the quality of work I received, was more than fair. I will definitely recoup it and more when I sell my house. Meanwhile, I have a spa bathroom I can enjoy. I encourage you to have him show you the pictures of his work to see for yourself!
