- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple flat-rate pricing. Most homes qualify for our 3-Area Special for $125. Stairs, upholstery, and pet treatment available as add-ons. Final price confirmed before we start — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide and initial quote in efforts to provide an idea of price. From there we book the appointment after we have answered all questions to make sure the customer is educated on the details and concerns are addressed. When the technician arrives a final quote is provided and we get to work. Once the work is completed to satisfaction, we process payment.

Our team has a combined 40 plus years of experience.
