Remember that the pricing can vary depending on factors such as location, the size of the property, the level of cleanliness required, and the range of services offered. We charge flat-rate packages based on the size of the property or specific services requested. We offer customizable service packages to meet your specific needs and budget. Customization may include adjusting the frequency of visits, focusing on certain areas of the property, or excluding certain services. Additional costs may apply, such as extra fees for handling special cleaning tasks, using eco-friendly products, or servicing larger properties. Discounts and promotions are offered for new customers, referrals, recurring bookings, and bundled services. ***We are Insured and Bonded*** Cancellation Policy states that a cleaning cancel within 24 hours is subject to a minimum fee of $155.25 or 50% of the quote or job cost.
