- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we find out exactly what the customer is expecting, what needs to be cleaned. Then we give an exact estimate, and again there are no hidden charges. We always let them know if there is a stain or an oder that cannot be removed ahead of time. When the work is done I walk through the house with the customer to make sure that their satisfied. And if there is a problem we make sure and fix that problem before we leave.

I've been cleaning carpets and upholstery now for over 25 years.
