Be honest.
I needed my carpet cleaned which was fine. But his cleaners that he recommended and I took due to the late notice stayed in my upstairs bathroom for a good 2 hrs which had already been cleaned sufficiently. They did not clean the floors because there was food and grime still stuck to it. Refrigerator door had smudges, patio door window not cleaned, hair and debris in the guest toilet, master bath shower not cleaned. Set me back $700. $500 for the cleaning they said was 5 hrs worth. They may have been there 5 hrs but they did not do 5 hrs worth of cleaning! Will have pictures and update later dependant upon whether they decide to work with me on an amicable solution.

First, he provided a quote two hours after I informed him of the size, then attempted to charge for an additional three hours without confirming if I was willing to pay the extra. Second, his cleaners arrived 30 minutes late. Third, the cleaning did not meet move-out standards. Fourth, he refused to return and address the areas that were missed. Lastly, after agreeing on a price and my payment of the invoice, he sent another invoice attempting to charge more. Stay away from this company
