Tom is a stud, and the consummate professional. Tom replaced my furnace with a high efficiency unit, and I couldn't be happier. In addition to a better heating unit, Tom worked with me to insure every concern was addressed (headroom of venting, future expansions, etc). In addition, Tom worked late into the night to not only make sure we didn't go a night without heat, but to wrap up the project in the time he originally projected. Trustworthy, honest, and hardworking. Can't say much more. I'd recommend Tom to my grandmother.

Great work. Great price. Had 2 vents and an intake installed for basement finish. Technician arrived later than expected but main office was excellent with communication so it wasn’t a surprise. Accurate pricing was given based on photos I sent. They know their business.

Tom came to address a thermostat issue in our heating system. He did a thorough diagnosis of the issue, and in addition, checked the carbon monoxide levels of our furnace, which a previous vendor had told us were dangerously high. Tom reviewed the carbon monoxide levels and explained to us that our furnace was old, but did not warrant us buying a new furnace, which is what the other vendor had pressed us to do. When we did inquire about the cost of a new furnace, Tom's price was a third lower than the other vendor for a comparable unit. Tom took the time to explain how the furnace worked. His trip charge was half of other vendors and he did an efficient repair for a cost that was far less than what was quoted by two other vendors.

This is a great company to have on your team for HVAC services. We had Tom come out to give us a bid in 2015, but our timing did not work out. However, we were so impressed by him that we kept his bid all these years and when we were ready to install a new furnace and put in ac, his company was the last one we called after getting multiple bids over the past year. We felt that he would give us the most competitive bid out there and we were right. We got a great value for the equipment and services we received. Plus - Tom is a nice guy to boot! He's professional, on time, uses good equipment and he knows his trade. We will certainly used him for other needs and highly recommend him for yours.
