Hi my name is Kelly King I am originally from Arizona and been here for 3 years and I started my own HVAC business after being in the industry for the past 8 years and the last 3 years of it, I was an HVAC Instructor at Lincoln College of Technology. See folks I always asked my students on the first day of them being in my class if they knew what humility meant??? And they would say it’s like being humble and I would say good guess, but no humility means being able to admit to things that you don’t know and admitting to mistakes you’ve made it’s easier said than done so you can tell a-lot about the company you work for because is the company going eat the money or make the customer pay for the part because of your mistake. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for your mistakes. They don’t know any better hence why they call us so with that being said if you have humility, you could go far in our trade and also have integrity always treat every unit you work on like it’s your own. Would you want to pay for a part you don’t need? And all of them would say no well the customers don’t either so have integrity. That’s what I bring. I have humility and integrity and I’m dependable. I’ve only had three jobs in nine years and I started my own business to help people out because I know how expensive it could be. It all started about three months ago. I put an ad out on Nextdoor to help people when it was 20° out that first cold front we got in like October. It’s my way of giving back to the community and I helped out a lot of people and it felt good. So I decided to go out on my own and that’s how Kings Heating and Cooling Solutions came to existence.
