I found myself in a disuasin where I had been duped into purchasing a new furnace by a suspect salesman at another company for slicker the price. Nicolas and Aether helped me find comps for half the price and identified the real reason I needed a better system that had not been afraid by their competitors. They acted swiftly and expertly. They're well outfitted and mostly capable. I appreciate the demanding industry; highly skilled service with high product and physical cost.I felt some condescension from most of the personnel. Which was OK, until they charged me $125 for their "seasonal tuneup" in response to my request that they fix the AC connection that got disconnected when they replaced my furnace last fall.
