My desktop was running so slow it had become pretty much useless. I really had no idea who, how or what to do. I looked at Best Buy’s Geek Squad’s reviews and was less than impressed. That’s when I remembered the Nextdoor app, searched for Computer Repair and there was PC Rich. I sent PC Rich a text explaining my computer problem and he immediately responded with possible solutions and estimated repair costs. PC Rich was at my house the next day to confirm the hard drive had seen better days and advised it be replaced. PC Rich took my tower home for repair and had it back the next day running faster than the day I bought it (5 years ago). I can’t say enough how happy I am for finding PC Rich. PC Rich is a professional in the 1st degree. He takes mega pride in his craft computer repair. PC Rich is all business and his main goal is satisfaction for the customer. PC Rich diagnosed to my computer and repaired it to perfection being the perfectionist that he is in his craft. My computer needed a new drive and a thorough cleaning because it was heavily packed with dust.
