    My experience with old world kitchen was excellent. Jasmine was very knowledgeable in both her lessons and teaching skills. I have been very curious about cooking more from home and the benifits of cutting out store bought processed foods. Jasmine was pleasant and understanding to all my goals and I definately recommend and will be using old world kitchen again.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a scientist for almost ten years, I had a constant obsession with reading food labels and then researching the unknown ingredients in peer reviewed scientific journals. I slowly realized that the array of health problems our society is experiencing is a direct result of the food we are eating. What's more, people would constantly want me to teach them how to cook and what harmful ingredients to avoid. This compelled me to want to teach the world that our problems won't be solved by a magic fad diet, but by returning to the old ways of eating.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My Ingredient Education class which is a scientific based lesson on reading labels and identifying harmful ingredients. They are always surprised to find out that everything I teach is based upon research from PhD scientists, and never opinion.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of every lesson I teach.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be prepared to discuss what your goals in cooking are, what diet restrictions you have, what type of food you like, etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is fun and very rewarding.
