I provide quality service catered to the need of every individual I serve. I have an extensive background in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Contemporary as well as Hip Hop and Breaking(Breakdance). I also teach Pilates and Barre classes and am able to provide tailored, safe, and effective work out programs. My services are available for individuals or groups of all ages!
Teaching dance and fitness is something I'm very passionate about because it has had such a profound impact on who I am. It is a great joy to be able to provide others with that same wonderful outlet!

Antoinette taught private dance lessons to my 5 year old, and I cannot say enough positive things about her personality and the quality of her work. My son connected with her immediately, had fun, and learned a ton. She is wonderful!

Antoinette is clearly an experienced dancer. Although I have no formal dance experience, I greatly enjoyed the class and appreciated her approach. Great workout, and so much fun learning various dance moves. This is an awesome addition to my weekly workouts.
