The most important element of my job that I love and enjoy is meeting and getting to know my clients. Planning the event and making their day a grand finale entrance is all worth the blood, sweat and tears. I love the drive, the excitement, and the end result in making our clients happy and their trust in us to take a small piece of their dream and blossom into a wonderful occasion!

Gloria helped us plan our wedding and also assisted with making sure everything went smoothly on the big day. From finding a venue to picking out table decor, Gloria helped create a beautiful wedding and was there to assist us with the planning process every step of the way. Typically, Gloria picked out three of her top vendors under each category for us to try (ie: photographer, florist, baker, etc.) All of her choices were superb. She handled communication with all of the vendors, taking all of the stress off of our shoulders. On the day of the wedding, she was in complete control in making sure everything was in its place and went according to plan. We would highly recommend Gloria for all of your wedding planning needs. We could not have had such a beautiful wedding without Gloria!!!

Gloria went above and beyond in what we expected from our day of coordinator. She met with us multiple times took, took care of communicating with vendors before the wedding to make sure the big day at the Barn at EMP. It was the greatest day of our lives. We hardly remember seeing her or her staff the day of the wedding and she did an amazing job of changing the setup of our wedding indoors because of rain outside. She also stayed super late making sure every last item was taken care of and communicating with family to make our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of!! She was truly a blessing. I would recommend her to anyone and actually have already!!

I worked with Gloria as my day of coordinator for my wedding on June 23rd, 2018 and it was truly an amazing experience! In the months leading up to the wedding I met with her 2-3 times and each time she helped me to ensure everything was thought of for the day of. She mentioned things that I never would have thought of had it not been for her. The day of the wedding she handled everything from vendors to the walk down the isle and everything else flawlessly! My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our special day with our family and friends without any worries. I highly recommend Gloria and her team. And if I have any other events come up I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Gloria was an amazing planner. She listened to everything we wanted and made sure that our day went as smooth as possible. She was there to direct the wedding party and guests and well as be sure each part of the wedding went as planned. She is also just a joy to work with. One of the sweetest women you can meet. Very personable and makes you feel comfortable while working with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner! We loved her work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a standard pricing system which primarily depends on the event that is booked. Each category of our services whether it is a wedding or a birthday party, is broken down by hours of duties needed and how long it takes to finish a each task.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is getting to know my customers and what their visions and dreams are in making their event come true. I always meet at a comfortable environment to make them feel comfortable and engage in having a one on one connection with them and finding out their personal style which carries over into their events. The bottomline is to be a good listener and be in tuned with what their strategy is and on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current graduate of QC Event and Wedding planning school and have been certified as an Event and Wedding Planning professional. I have been an administrator in the corporate world for over 12 years which prepares me to be organized and be able to communicate with others. My plan is to further my education in designing and decorating events so I can be most successful in assisting clients with their design concepts.
