First off, Chris was great with the typical back-and-forth to set up the project. He was very responsive and patient with me. He arrived right on time, which means a lot to me these days. He keeps his commitment, and I appreciate that. From the beginning and throughout, he kept me informed of what to expect and possible scenarios on the ceiling fan installation. There was a track light before he installed the ceiling, light fan, and it was unknown to both of us what was in the ceiling to support it. Well, he went above and beyond to crawl the attic on this 90-degree day to find out the structural integrity of the installation spot. Once we knew the situation he faced, he promptly got to work and finished the work in an hour! He's fast and did a quality installation. I highly recommend Chris for any electrical work. He sure demonstrated to me that he knows his stuff. Such a pleasant and professional demeanor. Thanks again, Sir!
