I was very happy with my correspondence with Jerrett. I did have to call in the morning to confirm my appointment but that was ok. Bill was fantastic. Not only did he do a good job but he shared a bit of his history as an electrician and why he decided to work for Carefree Electric. He even gave me a tip on completing a really simple project myself. It seems that Jerrett is trying to do good solid work for reasonable prices hoping for loyal customers and great referrals. I applaud this practice and think in the long run this business practice will make their company better than the "big guys" who charge an arm and a leg and try to upsell you. I will only call Jerrett from now on and will definitely refer this company to anyone I know needing an electrician. Kudos to Bill, Jerrett and the team at Carefree Electric.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to give pricing on site for anything over $150 because that is the only way to ensure that the price we quote is the price you pay. We charge $25 to give a quote in person and that is credited toward your final bill when you choose us to do the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and assess your needs give you a quote and complete the work at a time that is convenient for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 17 years in business, the best education is customer satisfaction and quality above all.
