We found Mark in spring 2024 when doing repairs and maintenance on a house that we were selling. As it turns out the project dragged out for over nine months as we kept coming across more and more things that needed to be done. During the process, Mark became our “go to” handyman, virtually an in-house employee. We needed someone who could team up with us to work side by side and he was perfect. We both have a lot of experience in property maintenance and repair so this worked out well as we could exchange ideas and techniques - great teamwork for a better result. Readying this house for market was unbearable in many ways. Honestly, if we hadn’t found Mark it would have been so much harder. He was our rock and we appreciate him.
