Introduction: I have been teaching group fitness classes for the past 5 years, and cardio kickboxing is my favorite.
I have certifications in group fitness and kickboxing from AFAA and personal training from AAAI.
I am certified in Turbo Kick and PiYo (yoga for hyper people) from Beachbody.
I also have a degree in musical theater from UNC and teach tap, jazz and fitness classes to teens around the Denver area (cue theme music from Footloose).
I fell in love with personal training 4 years ago at a small, ladies' gym where I saw women from all walks of life working toward being healthy and fit, not skinny.
Being fit is achievable, and you can do it. Apart from wine, fitness truly can be the best part of your day!
