Tyree did an amazing job cleaning after I had moved out. There are three bedrooms and two baths and he did outstanding and all of them! He cleaned out the microwave and the oven till they shown. If I hadn’t moved out of the area I would hire him again many times over!!!

I know that choosing a vendor solely off of their profile isn't always foolproof, but I felt like Tyree's story of how he came to start his business was honest and endearing. When we came to terms on the price, I offered to send a deposit since we would not be meeting in person due to my schedule. He declined and said that he believed in the decency of people and hadn't been proved wrong yet. Well, I'm here to say that this man has put some serious karma into the universe. I intend to give it back by sending everyone who is looking for a professional cleaning service to him. ALSO, his work is stellar. Like actual pride in his field. Sent 6 pictures after he was done! Easy peasy. 14/10 recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is purely based off of what I myself would pay for what I do, that includes experience(thousands of hours), my promptness, my professionalism, and I’m very family friendly. I do give discounts, but I won’t work for free lol. Besides you get what you pay for right?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers first. That way we’re able to put each other at ease, and build trust between each other. I’m the type of person you can spend 5 minutes with and we’ll no longer be strangers lol..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Out of high school I was looking for a trade. Back then the choices were CADD, welding, and Industrial Janitorial Maintenance. I was already into carpet cleaning(and didn’t think burning myself for a living sounded cool) I chose IJM. I took level 1, level 2, and advanced(carpets, and hard floors). I absolutely love it. When I look at the finished product it’s like a great painter looking at a finished masterpiece.
